Community Builders provides residents in Queen Anne, WA with home remodeling services. We specialize in:
The Queen Anne area of Seattle is a fun place to work with customers. The vintage homes, quaint shops, close knit neighborhoods, and farmers’ markets are all part of the charm of this northern suburb of Seattle. The views from many of the area’s parks are breathtaking and give a grand overview of Seattle city proper, as well as the marina and surrounding waterfront.
Originally called Eden Hill, this neighborhood was one of the last to be completely developed because its many steep hills made it difficult to access. Situated at the base of the hills, Lower Queen Anne was the first area to be built up. But originally, no one wanted to trek up the steep roads to build a home. Land developers even tried a “two-for-one” deal, where a person could get two plots of land for the price of one if they built a house on the hill immediately. However, when the issue of roads and transportation was finally solved, the area’s population quickly grew. So many of the new residents built Queen Anne style houses, the entire neighborhood adopted the name.
Community Builders wants to give your Queen Anne residence that new, fresh look that exemplifies the community you live in. We recognize that your home is one of your most important and valuable assets. Sometimes there is a need to invest in keeping those assets current and maintaining their market value in the Greater Seattle area.

“Great Results, Expert, High Integrity. I have hired David Minor on more than one occasion as a general contractor for construction remodeling projects for my house on Queen Anne. He does a great job no matter what the assignment. In addition to his GC knowledge, he is a skilled craftsman working with many building materials. He is creative, detail oriented, punctual, and trustworthy. Last year when I was on a trip in California, David gave me daily progress reports with text message photos of his progress on a heavy timber stair that we added to the back of my house. I enjoy working with him and look forward to doing more construction projects in the future.”
